These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and don555 ("don555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the don555 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related tools and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using don555, you unconditionally accept these Terms. 3.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) don555 account. Opening, controlling, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. don555 is not liable for any loss caused by inaccurate account information you provide.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. don555 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Notify don555 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. don555 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. don555 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Accepted methods are subject to change; current methods are always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification (Section 8). don555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed same-day. These are target times and not guaranteed; processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

4.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.1 General. don555 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, which supplement these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5.4 don555 Discretion. don555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. don555 also reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion for any reason, including suspected bonus abuse.

5.5 No Cash Value. Bonus funds have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds may not be transferred or sold.

6.1 Game Rules. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for gameplay matters; these Terms prevail for all other matters.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game session error, or system failure, don555 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the affected player's account. don555's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules available in the Sportsbook section. Results are determined by official sources, and don555's settlement decisions based on those sources are final. Cricket markets including PSL are settled on official match results.

6.4 RNG. All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators. Outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. Published RTPs are accurate and represent long-term theoretical return rates.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on don555 and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account registration information

• Opening multiple accounts or benefiting from accounts held by others
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to exploit games or extract value

• Money laundering or using don555 to process proceeds of crime
• Chargebacks on deposits — any chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward don555 staff

8.1 Verification Requirement. don555 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory compliance process, not optional.

12.1 By You. You may close your don555 account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

12.2 By don555. don555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, if we reasonably suspect fraud or criminal activity, or if we determine that your continued use of the Services poses a risk to don555 or other players. don555 will provide notice where it is reasonable and safe to do so.

12.3 Effect of Termination. On account closure, your licence to use the Services terminates immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
